低NO_x燃料分级燃烧技术应用探讨 被引量:10

摘要 针对低NOx燃料分级燃烧技术应用效果不佳的问题,分析了影响再燃技术NOx降低率的几个主要因素,以及提高再燃技术NOx降低率的措施及其所受到的限制。分析认为,提高炉膛高度和采用新三区低NOx燃烧技术方案是进一步发展低NOx再燃烧技术的主要途径。 To solve application problems with the low NOx Staged Combustion technology,analysis are made to some major factors that influence NOx reduction of the reburning technology, as well as to some measures that are used to improve NOx reduction and their limitations. It is indicated that the route to further development of the reburning technology for NOx reduction is to increase furnace height and to adopt three new zones for low NOx combustion.
