摘要
介绍了基于反电动势法的无传感器无刷直流电动机控制芯片ML4435的功能,并利用AT90S8535单片机作为控制核心,结合ML4435设计了相关控制系统。实验结果证明,该设计既可以减轻单片机的负担,又可以利用PWM对电机实现平滑调速,达到了全数字式闭环控制的效果。
The control function of ML4435 which was the special chip of sensorless brushless DC motor was presented based on the method of back EMF, and the control system was designed in detail with AT90S8535 and ML4435. The experimental results validated that the design could not only lighten the burden of MCU, but also adjust the speed of motor smoothly utilizing PWM, and it achieved the effect of digital closed loop control.
