高职生素质涵盖知识迁移能力、人际交往能力、分析创新能力、人文、心理和身体等方面。高职班主任可通过正确处理好师生关系、组织好班级各项活动、加强德育、培养正确的就业观等方面工作来提高其综合素质。
The quality of vocational college students includes the ability of relocation of knowledge, interpersonal skills, analytical ability to innovate, cultural, psychological and physical and so on. To improve higher college students＇ comprehensive qualities, head teachers should correctly handle the relationship between teachers and students, organize class activities, strengthen moral education and cultivate right view of employment.
