摘要
目的:探讨血液透析后高眼压形成的原因及前房、房角检查对血液透析后眼压升高患者的重要作用及意义。方法:应用日产TOPCON非接触气压式眼压计对我院32例(64眼)患者进行透析前后眼压测定,采用配对样本t检验进行统计处理,并对透析后眼压显著升高(≥8mmHg)的患者进行房角及前房检查。结果:透析后眼压呈上升趋势,统计学分析有意义(t=5.302,P<0.001),眼压升高≥8mmHg的3例(6眼)中有1例(2眼)房角为窄Ⅱ,1例(2眼)为窄Ⅲ,其前房均较浅,另1例(2眼)房角为宽角,前房为中等深度。结论:血液透析后患者的眼压以升高为主,而具有窄房角及浅前房这种解剖结构的患者表现的尤为明显。故对血透患者除进行有效的眼压监测外,详实的房角及前房检查是必不可少的。
Objective:To understand the causes of high and its angle on high intraocular pressure after hemodialysis. intraocular pressure, and effects of anterior chamber Methods: The intraocular pressure of 32 patients (64 eyes) was measured before and after hemodialysis, and results were analyzed by paired t -test. Check anterior chamber and angle of anterior chamber of patients whose intraoeular pressure had increased significantly ( ≥ 8mmHg) after hemodialysis. Results:The intraocular pressure had a trend of increasing after hemodialysis, The statistical analysis showed that difference was significant (t =5. 302,P 〈0. 001 ). In 6 eyes of 3 cases whose intraocular pressure had increased significantly (≥8mmHg) after dialysis, the angle of anterior chamber was narrow I/in 1 case(2 eyes) , narrow Ⅲ in 1 case(2 eyes) , both of the depth of their anterior chamber was shallow. The angle of anterior chamber of third one (2 eyes) was wide and depth was middle. Conclusions: The intraocular pressure had a trend of increasing after hemodialysis, especially in patients whose angle of anterior chamber was narrow and anterior chamber was shallow. Therefore, except effective monitoring of intraocular pressure, the detailed examination of angle of anterior chamber and anterior chamber is indispensable.
