摘要
通过受体的放射配基结合分析，对２８例不同程度的先天性尿道下裂患儿外生殖器皮肤细胞的雄激素受体进行了测定，实验显示尿道下裂患儿外生殖器皮肤细胞内雄激素受体量减少，表明雄激素受体异常是先天性尿道下裂的原因之一。
By the means of Radioligand Binding Assay(RBA),The authors examined twenty eight cases of congenital hypospadias patients to determine the content of androgen receptor in the cell of external genitals skin.The experiments showed that the content of androgen receptor in the external genitals skin from hypospadias reduced which indicated that the abnormality of androgen receptor was one of the causes of congenital hypospadias.
