摘要
由于皮瓣受区或供区的条件限制，超薄皮瓣有时不能完全地一次性修复受区。本文作者设计了一种新型双叶皮瓣，由前后二叶组成，用于修复烧伤后疤痕手３７例。前后二叶皮瓣的最大面积分别是２８ｃｍ×１５ｃｍ和２０ｃｍ×１２ｃｍ，二者最大比约１∶１，二者手术间隔时间为１０～１２ｄ，文中还讨论了皮瓣的设计手术的优点及注意事项。
Sometimes the subdermal vascular network skin flaps can′t repair the receiving area on the first operation because of the limited condition of the receiving or the offering area.The author designed new double flaps composed of the front flap and the hind one.Both were intervally used to reconstruct the hands with hand scar contracture from burn in 37 patients.The maximum area of the front flap and the hind one is 28 cm×15 cm and 20 cm×12 cm respectively, with an ratio of one to one and the operational interval of ten to twelve days.The process,including design of the skin flap,precautions and the advantages of the operation are also discussed in the articlc.
