摘要
目的探讨微创刨吸术(Trivex)治疗下肢静脉曲张术后并发症的发生率、预防和护理。方法回顾分析我院2002年12月至2008年6月采用Trivex手术共治疗下肢静脉曲张342例(486条下肢),分析并发症发生的原因,预防和护理措施。结果486条下肢有54条出现了不同程度并发症(11.11%),其中47条(9.67%)发生局部血肿,6条(1.23%)术后出现小腿蜂窝组织炎,1条(0.21%)术后1月出现下肢深静脉血栓形成。结论Trivex术是一项新型微创技术,其并发症较少,复发率低,值得推广应用。加强围手术期的护理和健康教育可降低并发症的发生。
Objective To introduce and evaluate the use of Trivex surgery （Transilluminated powered phlebectomy） in the treatment of tributary varicose veins,furthermore, to understand the importance of perioperatively care in reducing the incidence rate of complications. Methods 342 cases with tributary varicose veins were treated in the control of the TriVex System, including 486 lower limbs from Dec,2002 to June, 2008 in our hospital were analyzed and the reasons of complications, even preventive measures were suggested. Results There are 54 lower limbs complications appeared among 486 （ 11.11% ） , including thigh haematoma of 47 lower limbs （9. 67% ）, postoperative phlegmon calf of 6 lower limbs （ 1.23% ） and deep vein thrombosis of 1 lower limb operated after one month （0. 21% ）. Conclusion Trivex surgery is a minimal invasive method of varicose vein surgery. Compared with traditional methods, Trivex surgery could reduce complications and induce lower recurrence in varicose vein surgery. It is worthy to be widely applied. To strengthen the perioperative care and health education could reduce the complications.
