围手术期认知功能障碍的影响因素

摘要 围手术期认知功能障碍是由多种因素造成的。患者性别、文化背景、睡眠与饮食等生活习惯是发生认知功能障碍的基本因素。遗传因素如基因及受体多态性成为该类疾病的易发因素。应激反应及激素水平的变化、高血压、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)、糖尿病成为促发因素。围手术期的医疗处理,如麻醉药物及麻醉方法的选择;手术种类、大小以及方式;围手术期呼吸、循环等生命体征的调控均可直接影响患者的认知功能状态,决定患者愈后的生存质量。同时,对于相关的影响因素,如药物、体温、住院、血红蛋白、术后镇痛等,也进行了必要的阐述。其目的在于早期发现、早期干预发生认知功能障碍的各种因素,以便延缓或阻止认知功能障碍的发生与发展,提高医疗水平,改善患者的生存质量。
