摘要
采用植物乳杆菌固态发酵豆粕,对豆粕中抗营养因子进行降解,结果表明,豆粕中尿素酶活由原来的0.373u/g降低到0.166u/g,胰蛋白酶抑制剂含量由原来的40.42mg/g降低到18.01mg/g。
The study on Solid State Fermentation Soybean Meal which used Lactobacillus plantarum and Degradation of Anti-nutritional Factor. The ruselt showed that the Urea Enzyme Activity from 0.373u/g reduced to 0.166u/g and Trypsin Inhibitor Content from 40.42mg/g reduced to 18.01mg/g.
