摘要
诚实信用原则在市场经济中具有极为重要的经济功能,它对市场主体的交易行为可以产生多方面的经济影响。诚实信用原则的经济功能主要体现在规范交易行为、降低交易成本、提高交易效率、保障交易安全、维持交易公平。
The principle of good faith possesses very important economic functions in the market economy, and it will exert many economic influences on market transactions. The economic functions of good faith are mainly as follows： ruling transaction, reducing the cost, promoting the efficiency, guaranteeing safety and keeping the fairness of transaction.
