摘要
目的:观察中药泻火解毒汤汤剂/洗剂治疗慢性淋病的临床疗效。方法:对30例慢性淋病患者使用中药泻火解毒汤汤剂/洗剂内服及外用治疗,每日1剂,常规煎煮,早晚分服,连服1个月,其药渣再煎,取煎液加白矾12g,熏洗局部或坐浴20min。观察分泌物细菌培养情况,用PCR证实,以及与对照组比较治疗前后的变化及临床疗效。结果:试验组症状较治疗前明显减轻,病程明显缩短。结论:中药泻火解毒汤汤剂/洗剂治疗慢性淋病有效,患者依从性好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical outcome of Alleviates heat-producing and disintoxicating Soup on the chronic gonorrhea. Methods： 50 cases were selected. 30 were randomized into the treatment group which accepted the Alleviates heat-producing and disintoxicating Soup 1 dose daily divided into morning portion and evening portion while the residuals were re-boiled adding 12 gram alum for a hip bath continuously one month; and 20 cases were in the control group which accepted the routine antibiotics treatment. Excretions of all cases were tested by microbiological culture and confirmed by PCR. The chnical outcomes were observed. Results： Much relief was achieved and shorten disease duration was got in most cases of the experiment group. In the experimental group, 25 of 30 cases fully recovered, 5 of 30 were ineffective. The total cure rate was 83.3% ,which was much higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Before treatment 50 excretions of all cases of chronic gonorrhea were tested by microbiological culture and only 41 with culture result of Neisseria gonorrhoeas （82.0%）, 2 trichomonad and 2 fungus （4.0% respectively）, 8 with negative cuhure（16.0%）. After treatment, 26 of 30 in the experiment group were culture negative （26/30, the negative rate of microbiological culture was 86.7%）, which was marked higher than that in the control group （6/20, 30.0%）, significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The re- suits suggest that the Alleviates heat-producing and disintoxicating Soup used in this study is significantly effective and safely for the treatment of chronic gonorrhea with a sound compliance, and worthy to be put into practical use in clinic.
