摘要
进行了利用空气吹脱-盐酸吸收法分离、回收合成革厂DMF废水中甲胺类污染物的工艺研究,证明该法可充分回收甲胺类污染物,有效改善合成革厂对环境的污染,并使资源获得再利用。主要对甲胺类盐酸吸收物的成分进行分析,纠正了合成革厂DMF回收废水中分解物都是二甲胺的误区。
The process of the separation and recycling methods by air stripping and hydrochloride absorption for the DMF - recovered tannery wastewater containing methylamines pollutants was investigated. It shows that this method can fully recycle the methylamines pollutants, and thus effectively reduce environmental pollution caused by synthetic leather factory and reuse the resources. The constituents of methylamines hydrochloride absorbing compounds were mainly analyzed. It showed that the decomposition products of DMF - recovered synthetic leather wastewater are not all dimethylamine.
