摘要
基坑工程与其他工程项目相比,由于具有复杂性和不确定性等突出特点,不可避免地面临着各种风险,包括来自自然的原因和人为的原因,贯穿于设计、施工、管理的全过程。由于基坑施工周期长、技术要求高、施工难度大、现场施工条件与环境复杂,风险管理显得尤为重要。该文阐述了在基坑围护工程的施工中,从勘察、设计,以及建设单位、监理单位、施工单位对工程存在的风险进行分析,接着建议采取相应的对策,以确保施工安全。
The foundation pit work,compared with the other engineering works,can hard avoid facing various risks because of its complexity and indeterminacy including the natural reason and man-made factor which go throughout the whole course of design,construction and management.It will cause the great loss and bad social negative influence on the society and the state if the inconsideration is in its design and construction.It is more important for the design and construction of the relative pit exterior-protection system.Only to guarantee the quality of exterior-protection work and to ensure the safety of pit excavation,the whole work can be safely constructed.The risk manage is especially important because of long period of pit construction,high technical requirement,large construction difficulty,and complex field construction condition and environment.The risk management of engineering works is to realize the engineering objective and technology to the largest degrees at the minimum cost by the analysis,countermeasure and monitor of the risks.The article sets forth the risk existing in the construction of pit exterior protection work from the angles of survey,design and building units,supervision unite and construction unit,and analyzes the risks and suggests the relative countermeasures to ensure the construction safety.
