摘要
水利水电工程在兴建过程中难免对区域原有的自然环境和生态平衡产生一定的影响,应引起高度重视。把生态环境保护融入到工程的规划、设计、施工、运行及管理的全过程,保证工程在取得经济效益和社会效益的同时,减少环境污染和生态破坏,维护河流健康,实现人与自然的和谐共处。
The water conservancy hydroelectric work can hard avoid producing some influence on the original natural environment and the ecological balance of the areas in the course of construction,which must be paid high attention.The ecological environmental protection is merged into the whole process of the engineering planning,design,construction,operation and management so as to guarantee the work to achieve the ecological benefit and social benefit at the same time,to decrease the environment pollution and the ecological destroying,to keep the river health,and to realize the harmony with the human and the nature.
