摘要
对芳基丙酮类α-溴代物的合成进行了综述。查阅、分析、归纳有关文献。我国芳基丙酮类α-溴代物的合成具有一定的基础。芳基丙酮类α-溴代物合成条件的优化,必将为芳基丙酸类药物的研发和市场销售额的增长起到积极作用。
The advance on the research and development of α - Bromoa - lkylaryl ketone was study, analysed and summanzed. The synthesis of α - Bromoalkylaryl ketone in China had considerable basis. Optimum reaction factor of α - Bromoalkylaryl ketone had a positive effect on drug of alkylaryl acid about the research and development and the increase sale of market.
