集成房屋的抗火性能及不同板材对其抗火性能的影响 被引量:6

FIRE RESISTANCE PERFORMANCE OF MODULAR HOUSE AND THE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT SANDWICH PANELS

摘要 集成房屋作为可拆装的临时性建筑,在我国其防火设计还停留在实践经验的基础上,缺乏精确的科学理论依据。以雅致公司提供的集成房屋为依据,用有限元理论分析了4种荷载组合情况下,集成房屋在火荷载情况下的承载力与变形,得到集成房屋的使用耐火极限和破坏情况,提出了改进办法和设计建议。在四川国家防火建筑材料质量监督检测中心进行的岩棉夹芯板耐火试验基础上,应用有限元理论分析了岩棉彩钢夹芯板耐火性能,并研究了不同耐火性能板材的岩棉夹芯板和EPS夹芯板的框架结构在实际应用中的整体耐火性能。 The fire design of modular house is based on the experience, which is lacking in exact theoretic basis. For getting the using performance and destroy case, finite element theory was used to analyze the carrying capacity and distortion of modular house in four loading combinations, the modular house were provided by Yahgee Company. Reasons and improvements which will provide further useful suggestions on the production and design were given to the company. At the same time, the fireproofing performance of rock wool sandwich panel on the base fire was analyzed by FEM theory and contrasted to that of the test in Sichuan National Supervision Center of Fireproofing Architectural Material Quality. In the end, the fireproofing performance of the integral frame structure with rock wool sandwich panel and EPS sandwich panel in actual projects were analyzed.
