摘要
本文借鉴国外经验,对我国高放废物处置库建设中的几个管理问题进行了探索性研究,提出了建设性建议。主要包括管理机构组建、法律法规建设及公众参与机制的完善。
Based on the foreign experiences, in this paper, the tentative research has been made on Chinese several management issues in the construction of high-level radioactive waste repository. And constructive propositions are given also, which include management body establishment, laws and regulations establishment, and public participation mechanisms.
