摘要
对贫煤和褐煤两种煤样采用分阶段恒温加热的方法,得到煤温变化曲线以及在各温度情况下的升温速率。用马弗炉对少量贫煤和褐煤逐次进行多个温度下的长时间恒温加热,得到氧化后煤样的质量变化,将煤的氧化升温阶段分为水分蒸发阶段、增重阶段、失重阶段以及质量稳定阶段,以得到煤各个阶段加速反应区域与煤中活性成分的关系。
Two types of samples of lean coal and lignite were selected and heated by the constant temperature heating in stages to gain coal temperature variation curve,and corresponding temperature rising rate. A little lean coal and lignite is heated under a series of constant temperatures for long time by muffle and mass variation of the coal sample oxidized was achieved. Oxidation and temperature rising stages of coal were divided into moisture vaporizing, weight gaining, weight loss and mass stabilizing so as to acquire the relations between accelerated reaction region in various stages of coal and active compositions in coal.
