摘要
妊娠需要一系列复杂的免疫学机制以确保带父系抗原的胚胎不被母体免疫排斥,滋养层细胞具有复杂的生物学功能与行为,可能通过屏障、免疫吸附、特定的MHC抗原和补体调节蛋白的表达、分泌细胞因子、免疫抑制作用参与妊娠免疫耐受的建立与维持。
