摘要
中部地区经济增长动力结构呈现出"二马拉车,投资驱动"的典型特征:投资偏高、消费偏弱、出口偏低。长期趋势分析表明:消费才是经济发展的第一推动力,投资对经济发展的推动不够理想,出口也具有一定的促进作用;不断走低的消费率和偏低的出口水平是制约中部发展的主要因素。因此,要充分发挥地方的比较优势,在国际化的市场环境中又好又快地发展,必须不断优化经济增长结构,协调经济发展的动力因素。
The features of economic growth＇ s power structure in the middle area provinces are, called “a wagon drawn by two horses and driven by investment”, the high investment, the lower expense and the lower export. An analysis of long-term trend indicates： the expense is the first force to propel economic growth, however, investment is not very ideal impetus to the economic development, but the export also has certain promoting action. The dropping consumption rate and the lower export are the primary factors which restrict development in the middle provinces. Therefore, we must display fully their comparison superiority and develop good and quickly in the international market, must solve the economic development power problem, optimizes the economic growth structure unceasingly, coordinate economic development powers, promotion economic level and benefit.
