摘要
针对船舶进出防波堤航道区域失控的危险局面,提出防波堤航道失控危险区的计算方法。通过建立船舶在进出防波堤口门时的失控状态模型,分析了水流、风以及船速对失控船舶的影响情况,设计出船舶失控危险区的计算方法,从而确定失控船舶的碰撞危险区域,为船舶在防波堤航道中的安全航行提供指导。
In view of the dangerous out-of-control situation when ships arriving in and out of breakwater fairway area; this paper proposes the calculation method of out-of-control risk area in breakwater fairway. Based on setting the ship＇ s out-of-control state model at breakwater entrance, this paper analyses the effect of current,wind ＆ ship＇s speed on out-of-control ship, and designs the calculation method of ship＇ s out-of-control risk area, therfore, determing the collision risk area of out-of-control ship, and guiding ships salty in breakwater fairway.
