摘要
在已研制的新型矿用圆环链钢的基础上,研究了添加不同V含量对实验钢淬火、不同温度回火后微观组织、力学性能的影响,探索生产34mmC级圆环链的可行性。结果表明,添加0.17%V即可明显提高实验钢的淬透性,冲击断裂特征为韧性断裂,过多的添加V对性能改善不明显。通过添加适量的V,实验钢可满足34mm×126mmC级圆环链的性能要求。
On the basis of new type of steel for C grade round link chains, the influence of adding V on microstructure, mechanical properties of experimental steels quenched and tempered at different temperatures were studied, and the feasibility of production for C grade round link chains in 34mm×126 mm specification was analyzed. The results show that the hardenability of experimental steel can be evidently increased by adding V about 0.17%, the impact fracture surface morphology exhibits ductile feature. The mechanical property requirement of C grade round link chains in 34 mm×126 mm can be met by adding V properly.
