摘要
对挤压后的AZ80镁合金进行不同温度时效处理,研究其显微组织及力学性能变化情况,分析了时效温度对其力学性能和显微组织影响的原因。结果表明:时效温度对AZ80镁合金力学性能及显微组织的影响很大,当时效温度升高到170℃时,第二相分解析出速度加快,且析出相的分布变得均匀,细小析出相呈弥散状态分布于晶界上,二次Mg17Al12相析出最多,且多为较细小的片状,成分均匀,使材料的力学性能均达到最好。
The aging treatment at different temperature for AZ80 Mg alloy after squeezing was carried out. The changes of microstructures and mechanical properties were studied. The reason and the effect of aging temperature on mechanical properties and microstructure of AZ80 Mg alloy were analyzed. The results show that when the aging temperature goes to 170℃, the speed of second phase decomposition and precipitation is speeding up. The distribution of precipitated phase gets uniform, thin precipitated phase distributes on grain boundary in dispersed states, the secondary Mg17Al12 precipitate the most and a majority of them is exiguous sheets, the component is uniform, it makes the mechanical properties of materials get best.
