摘要
在干旱胁迫条件下进行不同杉木无性系生理响应的研究结果表明:杉木无性系对干旱胁迫反应敏感.不同无性系生理反应差异明显.随干旱胁迫加剧,无性系水势、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量、NR活力下降;自然饱和亏、脯氨酸含量急剧增加,以适应胁迫环境.
The physiological responses of different Chinese fir clones are analysed under water stress.The results show that the responses of Chinese fir clones under stress are sensitive,however,differences among the responses of clones are ignificant.As water stress increases,water potential,transpiration rate,chlorophyl content and nitrate reductase activity of clones decreases in different degree,while the content of proline and W.S.D.increases greatly.
