摘要
区域文化本质是历史的凝结形成的稳定的生存方式。以徐州为中心的苏北地区是苏北经济社会发展的核心区域,历史文化资源深厚。但复杂历史环境下形成的传统文化生态结构,尤其作为生活的基本信条,传统的权力、资源、情感观念,阻碍了经济社会快速健康的发展。只有将区域文化置于优先发展位置,坚持正本清源、深度开放、合理布局、强化功能,实现以延续生命、人伦道德、资源消耗为核心的传统生存方式向以人的全面发展为核心的全面、协调、可持续的科学发展方式的创造性转换,才能促进区域经济社会跨越式发展。
Basically speaking, regional culture is the historically established stable way of living. The northern Jiangsu province area around Xuzhou is the core area of regional economic and social development, and is endowed with profound cultural resources. However, traditional cultural ecological struc-ture, which had been formed through complicated historical context, especially those doctrines about life, traditional notions about power, resource and emotions, blocks the quick and healthy development of economy and society. Only when we place the development of regional culture at the place of priority, keep it sticking to the right root, open, reasonably arranged and enhanced in function, realize the transition from traditional ways of living characterized by extending posterity, ethical morality, and resources consuming to the overall, harmonious, sustainable scientific way of development with the core of realizing individual＇s overall development, can regional economy and society realize leaping development.
