摘要
采用中等强度的健美操锻炼对130名女大学生进行了为期17周的干预实验,并对实验前后的心理健康测试结果做了深入分析和讨论.结果显示,中等强度健美操锻炼可以降低焦虑、抑郁等消极情绪指标,有效提高女大学生的心理健康水平.
Through seventeen -month intervention exprement with medium intensity of aerobic exercising to female college students, two tests in measuring their mental health index were taken among them separately before and after their persistent training. The results indicate that the positive effects are obvious in enhancing their mental health by aerobic exercise.
