摘要
采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计与比较等方法,系统分析了第40届世界体操锦标赛女子平衡木技术发展的特征与趋向.发现:使用"难度及连接均构成A分"的"技/技"或(和)"体操/技巧"的二连接、及运用三个以上的技巧动作构成"低难度不计A分但有0.2分以上连接价值"的"多连接",是女子平衡木成套动作编排的主要特征.而在满足规则要求的前提下,减少体操类动作,采用较多的技巧类动作构成一套最高A分的10个高难度动作,是女子平衡木动作技术发展的总趋向.
With the methods of literature review, video observation, mathematical statistic and comparison, this paper makes a systematic analysis about the feature and tendency of the skill development of the women＇s balance beam in the 40th gymnastics championship. It is found that： the two links of ＂skill / skill＂ and ＂gymnastics/skill＂ by using ＂difficulty and link of grade A＂ and multiple links by using more than three skill actions to make ＂low difficulty without grade A but with the linking value above grade 0.2＂ are the main characters in arranging the whole set of woman~ balance beam actions. Under the premise of meeting the requirement of the rules, reducing actions of gymnastics type while adopting more actions of skill type to composes a set of 10 high difficulty actions with grade A as the maximum is the general tendency in the technical development of woman balance beam action.
