摘要
主要研究了叶绿素B在丙酮、四氯化碳溶剂中的光解作用,不同温度、浓度对叶绿素B的荧光性质影响.通过研究我们得出:叶绿素B在光照下不稳定,对于热较稳定;叶绿素B在较高浓度时会发生荧光猝灭.
We study the chlb fluoresence spectra of light stability and in the different temperature, concetration. The results show concetration influence the chlb fluoresence and that chlb is stable to temperature, showing an anstibility chlb in above solution under light.
