两种安瓿消毒的方法与输液微粒污染的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较喷雾式消毒和传统消毒两种消毒方法对经切割的安瓿进行消毒后输液微粒污染的状况。方法:将40支10 m l注射用水随机分为实验组和对照组各20支。实验组砂轮切割安瓿颈后用喷雾式方法消毒瓿颈,然后徒手掰断安瓿,用空针抽吸安瓿内溶液注入试管内进行离心、检验;对照组砂轮切割安瓿颈后用传统消毒方法消毒瓿颈,同样徒掰断安瓿,检验方法同前。结果:两组比较,在进入药液的微粒数量及微粒大小方面,均P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论:喷雾式消毒方法与传统消毒方法在控制经砂轮切割安瓿导致的输液微粒污染方面,均达到药典标准,但喷雾式消毒方法方便快捷、便于携带、环保。 Objective:To compare intravenous infusion microne contamination of spray disinfection with the traditional way. Methods: There was 10 ml sterile water for injection in 20 ampoules in each group (test group and control group). The test group: after cutting with abrasion wheel, ampoules were broken off by hand and disinfected in spray way. The 10ml sterile water was aspirated with syringe then infused into test tube,then centrifuged, and tested; control group: ampoules in this group were disinfected in traditional way and tested in the same way of test group. Results:There was no significant differences between two groups (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The results shows that beth of two ways of disinfecting ampoule met a criterion of pharmacopoeia, but spray disinfection convenience faster and easy to schlep.
