摘要
利用传统陶瓷烧结工艺制备了(KxNa1-x)0.94Li0.06NbO3无铅压电陶瓷,研究了该系列陶瓷的微观晶体结构和压电性能.结果表明,随着组分的变化室温下该系列陶瓷呈现出2个正交-四方相界,分别位于x=0.40和x=0.60附近;组分x的变化对陶瓷的压电性能影响显著,其中x=0.45的(K0.45Na0.55)0.94Li0.06NbO3陶瓷表现出最优异的压电性能(d33=205 pC/N,kp=48.5%).
Lead-free (KxNa1-x)0.94Li0.06NbO3 piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by conventional ceramic sintering technique and their crystalline mierostructure and piezoelectric properties were studied. The results show that there exist two orthorhombic-tetragonal phase boundaries with the increasing of x which appear near x=0.40 and x=0.60, respectively. The piezoelectric properties are affected obviously by the change of x. Of all the (KxNa1-x)0.94Li0.06NbO3 ceramics, (K0.45Na0.55)0.94Li0.06NbO3 displays the best piezoelectric properties(d33=205 pC/N, kp=48.5%).
