摘要
在介绍了干气密封特点、工作原理及设计基准的基础上,对干气密封端面形状、动压槽深度、端面面积、温度、气压、气污染、材质等方面探讨了影响干气密封性能的主要参数。最后指出干气密封设计的现状及面临的问题。
The distinctive features, working principle and design standard of dry gas seal was introduced in this paper. The major parameters affecting dry gas seal performance, such as end panel shape, dynamic pressure groove depth, end panel area, temperature, air pressure, air pollution and material, etc, was discussed. Finally, the current conditions and issues faced for dry gas seal design were pointed out.
