摘要
对当前农村贫困妇女的就业状况的调查数据表明:正是由于性别分工的行为准则和制度准则的角色定位、教育与农村就业的相脱离、就业制度的不够完善与产业结构的调整升级等原因造成农村贫困妇女在就业上存在诸多障碍。因此,需要国家政策的支持与妇联组织和非政府组织的扶持,通过发展农业产业化、发展职业培训、促进家务劳动的社会化等措施来实现农村贫困妇女就业。
The statistics of present poor rural women＇ s employment reveals that there are a lot of obstacles for their employment problems such as the behavior rules of gender distribution and role location of systems and regulations, the deviation of education from rural employment, imperfect employment system, and the adjustment and improvement of industry structure. Therefore, they need the support of national policies and women unions and non -government organizations. Through the development of rural industrialization and vocational training, promotion of housework socialization, it is possible to realize the employment of poor rural women.
