摘要
现代社会分工职业化要求、高等教育改革方向以及大学生群体特点决定了高校辅导员走专业化之路已势在必行。在这种形势下,有必要认真研究辅导员专业化的基本概念,明确高校辅导员专业化的标准、职业定位、管理模式、保障机制、健全培训体系等,从而从科学理论上对目前我国正在开展的辅导员专业化建设实践进行指导,以促进建设一支专业化、职业化、专家化的辅导员队伍。
It is inevitable for college counselors to become specialized for their profession by the demand of the professional request of the modern society, the need of educational reform and college students characteristics and so on. Under such condition it is necessary to study the basic concept of specialization of college counselors, to make clear the standards, professional position, management mode, guarantee mechanism, training system and so on in order to instruct the specialization of college counselors in our country theoretically in order to fasten the construction.
