基于虚拟仪器的航空质量流量计的电磁兼容研究 被引量:1

摘要 在机载环境下,航空质量流量计将受到点火器以及机载设备所产生的各种电磁波等高频干扰,为使质量流量计能正常运行,采用相应的电磁屏蔽、合理的电路板设计以及滤波电路等硬件措施来抵抗大部分高频干扰,并且在信号进入仪器后用自适应滤波的软件方法来滤掉剩余的干扰信号,以便能准确的测量出质量流量。实验表明,该方法提升了质量流量计测量系统工作可靠性和EMC能力,完全满足工程要求,对解决强电磁场干扰环境下测试系统抗干扰能力提高具有参考价值。 Aviation mass flowmeter is interfered by a variety of high-frequency electromagnetic waves generated by airborne equipments in plane. To make the mass flowmeter work properly, most of interference should be eliminated by electromagnetic shielding, rational design of circuit, filter circuit, etc. And the rest interference signals are filtered by adaptive filtering when the signals are sent to the mass flowmeter. The experimental results show that this method is effective, and it improves the EMC ability and reliability of the measurement system of mass flowmeter and it can meet the engineering requirements. All the above can be reference for improving the EMC ability of the test system to against the powerful electromagnetic interference.
