反激式开关电源变压器的设计 被引量:22

Design of single-ended flyback transformers of switching power supply

摘要 针对工作在连续电流(CCM)或断续电流模式(DCM)下的反激式变压器设计中存在的计算公式众多、参数设计困难等问题,提出了一种新的反激变压器设计方法。该方法统一了两种模式下的变压器计算公式,有效地解决了磁芯大小、原边电感值、气隙大小、原边线圈的匝数、线径等的参数设计,提高了反激式变压器设计效率,降低了计算难度,有利于反激变压器的快速设计。 Transformer is the cores of the switching power supply devices. In the design of flyback transformers that worked in the current continuous and current discontinuous mode had many issues such as many formula and parameters of design and so on. This paper carefully analyzed various factors include that the core size, the original edge inductance value, air-gap size, the original edge of the coil turns, and the diameter of the coupling winding around the law and other issues. It provided the concrete method and procedures about the design of flyback transformers. By means of practical examples of design, it has been proved that this method can rapidly design flyback transformers as needed.
