摘要
石英晶体负载谐振频率是石英晶体测试参数中的一个重要指标,其测试方法主要有三种,模拟测试法、实体电容法以及计算法。针对石英晶体负载谐振频率的计算法测量进行了理论分析与研究,同时,在IEC-444标准所规定的测量石英晶体电参数的方法—π网络零相位法的基础上,设计了适用于计算法测量负载谐振频率的测量系统,实验表明,在1MHz^125 MHz的频率范围内,通过该系统由计算法测量得到的石英晶体负载谐振频率的精度能达到±3×10-6,能够满足工业生产的要求。
Load resonance frequency fL is an important parameter in measurement of quartz crystal units. There are three recommended methods to measure the value of fL. One of the calculated methods was introduced in this paper and the hardware was made based on zero phase technique in a π-network to measure the parameters. The results of experiments prove that the error of measurement of fL is less than ±3×10^-6 ranging from 1 MHz to 125 MHz, which meets the requirement in production.
