摘要
为了测定抗胆管癌中成药平消胶囊的有效成分马钱子碱和仙鹤草酚的含量,本实验采用高效液相色谱法.结果发现马钱子碱在0.102～0.918μg、仙鹤草酚在0.01196～0.1125μg范围线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9998;平均回收率分别为99.28%(RSD=1.65%)、101.04%(RSD=1.37%),平消胶囊中马钱子碱的含量为0.855mg/g,仙鹤草酚的含量为1.372mg/g.本方法操作可靠、精确,适用于平消胶囊中马钱子碱和仙鹤草酚的含量测定.
To establish the HPLC method for determination of Bruchine and Agrimophol in Pingxiao capsule. Results find The linear ranage of Bruchine and Agrimophol were 0.102-0.918μg and 0.01196-0.1125μg respectively. The recovery rates of Bruchine and Agrimophol were 99.28% （RSD=1.65%） and 101.04% （RSD=1.37%） respectively. The content of Bruchine and Agrimophol is 0.855mg/g and 1.372mg/g in Pingxiao capsule. This method is realiable and accurate, the method can be applied to determination the contents of Bruchine and Agrimophol in Pingxiao capsule.
