摘要
本文采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了万州产地紫苏叶的挥发油,并采取程序升温的气相色谱法对其紫苏挥发油中紫苏醛进行了分析,方法简单、快速、分离效果好.而且利用归一法计算出其紫苏醛的含量为18.34%.实验证明紫苏挥发油的主要成分为紫苏醛,为紫苏的开发利用提供了参考依据.
To analyze the perillaldehyde in perilla volatile oil in this essay, Steam Distillation is used to extract the volatile oil of perilla planted in Wanzhou while adopting the temperature-programmed gas chromatography and the method is simple and fast. what＇s more, it separates perillaldehyde effectually. Besides, normalization method is used to calculate its Perillaldehyde content of 18.34%. The experiment not only proves that perilla volatile oil is mainly composed of Perillaldehyde, but also provides a reference for the development and utilization of Perilla.
