摘要
农村最低生活保障制度是为了保障农村贫困人口的基本生活权益而建立的一种新型的社会救助制度。我国是一个农业大国,建立专门解决农村弱势群体生活困难的低保制度,有着极其重要的意义。楚雄州农村最低生活保障制度实施已经有两年多了,在实践过程中存在着不少问题,而这些问题都是在建立农村最低生活保障制度过程中不可避免的,在此我们提出了相关的对策和建议。
The rural minimum living standard security system is a new social assistance of guar- antying the basic living of rural poverty people. Our country is a big agricultural country, the popu- lation of the rural is seventy percent in our country, specially, establishing the rural minimum living standard security system for the rural poverty people to solve their living problem is very important to our country. Chuxiong autonomous prefecture has established the rural minimum living standard se- curity system, these problems are constantly solved. At last, it gives countermeasure and suggestions to Chuxiong autonomous prefecture for establishing the rural minimum living standard security system.
