摘要
风力发电是新能源中技术最成熟、最具规模开发条件及商业化发展前景的可再生能源技术。风能的合理开发和利用可以有效缓解目前能源匮乏及燃料资源给环境带来的污染问题,在远期有可能成为世界上重要的替代能源。主要介绍了当前最新的国际风电发展动态,韩国、美国、欧盟主要成员国的风电进展迅速,在很多方面对推进国内风电进步具有积极的指导意义。
Wind power is the renewable energy technology with most mature technology, largest commercial development conditions and prospects in new energy technologies. Its rational use and development of wind energy can effectively alleviate the current shortage of energy and environmental pollution problems caused by fuel resources. In the long term wind energy is likely to become the most important alternative energy sources. The paper mainly introduced the latest international developments in wind power. There is rapid progress in wind power in these countries such as South Korea, the United States and European Union＇s major member states, from which we can learn about the positive guidance to promote national progress in wind power in many ways.
