Study on new charging method for customer reactive power

摘要 针对目前功率因数考核方案中的一些问题,提出了分时段功率因数考核的新方法。分时段考核方法分别考核用户在峰时段、平时段和谷时段的平均功率因数,且各时段考核标准不一,能够更公平合理地反映用户的实际功率因数水平,增加了对用户奖励和惩罚的力度,促进用户进一步提高功率因数。以南京市2008年的部分用户电费和功率因数为例,对分时段考核方法进行了探讨分析,论证了该考核方法的优越性。 In view of the existing disadvantages of the present estimated means of power factor, a new method, named Time-sharing evaluation of power-factor, is put forward in this paper. The new method measures and checks the power factor in the peak period, evenness period and valley period respectively. And the standards of different periods are different. Time-sharing evaluation can estimate the users' level of power factor more fairly and more reason- able. And the rewards and punishment are both increased, which encourages the users to invest more in power factor compensation. This paper discusses and analyzes the new method by using some users' costs and power factors in year 2008 of a city as example, and proves the advantages of the method.
