摘要
河北省处于工业化发展阶段,一方面工业化过程中电能对其他能源的替代效应明显,另一方面可持续发展理念对用电效率提出了更高的要求,这些因素的交错影响使得用电单耗变化的规律性很不清晰。通过判断河北省工业化阶段,同时对其用电单耗进行分解,分析得出影响河北省用电单耗变化的重要因素,并对影响程度定量分析,对河北省用电单耗变化趋势进行预测,对目前需求侧管理工作提出建议。
Hebei province is in the industrialization development stage. Substitution effect of electricity replacing other energy is obvious, and sustainable development concept puts forward higher requirements for the power consumption efficiency. So regularity of change of electricity intensity is not clear. Industrialization development stage of Hebei is defined in this paper, and important factors that affect electricity intensity are quantitatively analyzed. Change trend of electricity intensity is forecasted. Suggestions are proposed for current DSM work.
