摘要
针对水利水电工程概预算中存在的问题,结合新疆编制工程概预算的经验,从概预算编制程序、要求、定额使用、工程量计算等方面进行了探讨,从而提高概预算编制质量。
For water conservancy and hydropower project over budget problems, combined with the author in the preparation of the Xinjiang project budget experience, from the budgeting process demands the use of quotas, in areas such as engineering calculation discussed, to improve the quality of budget estimates.
