针对珠江钢厂两座超高功率电炉存在电极消耗高低不断波动的问题,找出影响的主要因素,从而合理地控制在低消耗水平,达到降本的目的.
A big fluctuation in the electrode consumption rate was encountered with the 2 ultra -high power EAFs in service at Zhujiang Steel. The factors affecting the electrode consumption were investigated, so as to properly control the electrode consumption rate at a low level, and hence to reduce the production cost as a whole.
