摘要
高职学生管理工作是影响高职院校办学质量、制约高职教育发展的重要因素。倡导和强化服务意识,尊重和维护学生合法权利,建立以人为本的管理模式势在必行。高职院校应树立以人为本的管理观和辨证的学生观,实行"三三"工作模式,创新高职学生管理工作。
Higher vocational students＇ management is an important factor that influences the running quality of higher vocational colleges and restricts the development of higher vocational education. It is the inevitable trend to advocate and strengthen the awareness of service, respect and maintain students＇ legal rights, and set up a people oriented management mode. Higher vocational colleges should set up the management concept of people oriented, and dialectical students concept, implementing ＂three three＂ working mode to innovate the management work of higher vocational students.
