摘要
利用VC++2005.NET作为编程工具,开发了熔融沉积的快速成型软件系统,可进行STL文件的读取、分层处理、填充、自动添加支撑结构以及生成CLI文件等,提出了基于分组排序和对边求交的分层处理算法、基于扫描线比较的自动支撑设计算法和基于交点排序的分区扫描算法,给出了相应的应用实例。
A new rapid prototyping software system directly driven by the VC+ +2005. NET is developed with the abilities of reading the data of STL file, slicing the object into layers, taking zigzag or spiral way of filling each layer, automatically generating auxiliary support structure and outputting CLI file. Some key algorithms such as the layering processing algorithm of grouping sorting and marching from edge to edge, the support structure algorithm of based on compared scan lines and the partitioning scaning algorithm of based on sorting the points of intersection have been put forward. The corresponding application examples are illustrated.
