摘要
随着我国房地产业的不断发展和市场开发的不断升温,价格问题已经越来越受到建设单位和消费者的关心。以江汉油田为例,现在每年就新增住房2000多套,房价是建设方和购房者双方都关注的焦点。因此,建设单位作为一个建设项目的发起者和直接投资者必须对建设项目实施造价管理以有效的控制成本,从组织、技术、经济、合同、与信息等方面,挖掘潜力,降低成本,提高经济效益和社会效益。
Along with the continuous development of Chinese real estate and market exploitation, more and more building units and consumers pay great attention to the price problem. For example, more than 2,000 new apartments are built every year, and the price is the focus of both building units and consumers, Therefore, the building unit, the direct investor and sponsor of a construction project, should manage and control the cost of building aiming at the construction project and tap the potentials form such aspects as organization, technique, economy, contract and information, thus increasing economic and social benefits.
