摘要
商业银行营销人员的绩效评价是现代金融企业内部管理的一个重要内容,也是我国商业银行亟待解决的一个重要问题。由于营销人员工作的复杂多变、需求灵活、标准不一,给绩效考核留下了很多难点。文章通过介绍某商业银行成功开发的营销人员绩效评价系统,对营销人员绩效评价系统进一步拓展提出了思路和方向。
Performance evaluation on marketing staff in commercial bank takes an important position in internal management of modern financial enterprises, and it also stays an essential unsolved problem facing China's eommereial bank. Because the work of marketing staff is complicated and ever-changing, the demand is flexible and the standard is various, it is difficult to carry out performance evaluation. The article introduces a successful example, and gives out further ideas of the development of performance evaluation on marketing staff.
