摘要
目前我国高等教育正从精英教育走向大众教育阶段,受传统思维模式影响以及落后技术手段限制,现行的高校学生档案管理模式已经越来越不适应高校管理的需要。因此,必须对高校的档案管理进行改革,以适应高校管理需要。
At present, our country＇s higher education is heading from elitist education to mass education. Due to the influence of the traditional thinking patten and the limitation of backward technical means, the current college students＇file management pattern can not meet the demands of college administration. Therefore, it is necessary to reform file management in colleges.
