摘要
主要论述小波变换在信号处理方面的优越性,并通过MATLAB对飞机发动机轴承滚动体故障检测数据进行降噪处理。实验结果表明,对于在频谱图上难以找到其相应的明显频率成分的准周期故障信号,利用小波变换的多重分辨率特性,使故障成分的细节信号得到放大,对比该频率和故障情况下计算出的故障频率可以找出故障的原因。
This paper mainly discusses the advantages of wavelet transform in signal processing. It also reduces noise of fault testing data of aircraft engine axletree rollers through MATLAB. The results show that, as for quasi-periodic fault signal which the corresponding frequency components are hard to be found in spectrogram, multi-resolution of wavelet transform can be used to enlarge the detail signals of fault components. The fault reasons can be found out by contrasting this frequency with the calculated fault frequency in fault conditions.
